2. Product Information

All artworks sold on Coppini-Art are hand-painted originals. We aim to accurately display the colours, sizes, and features of each piece. However, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

3. Order Placement

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, shipping address, and payment details. Coppini-Art is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods. Coppini-Art reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Commissioned Artwork are priced at the time of Commission Contract issued and signed by Coppini-Art.

5. Ownership of Artwork

Ownership of the hand-painted artwork remains with Coppini-Art until full payment has been received. Once payment has been made in full, ownership will transfer to the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including artwork, logos, designs, and text on Coppini-Art, is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Coppini-Art will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our website, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.

I was grateful to be invited to have a guest studio space at the Hotwalls!

It was such a different environment compared to the markets, giving me the chance to not only showcase my artwork but also practice and create in front of an audience.

It was a great opportunity to share the creative process with visitors and connect in a more personal way. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to watch and support my work!

Hotwalls Christmas Market, Dec 2024, Southsea

I was thrilled to participate in the Hotwalls Christmas Market!

Despite the weather, it was a fantastic experience meeting new people, reconnecting with familiar faces, and seeing past buyers again.
