Refund Policy

At Coppini-Art, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms under which refunds are provided.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Damaged Items: If the artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
• Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, we will investigate and aim to resolve with the courier.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom or personalised artwork.
• Digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
• Any artwork purchased at full price or during a sale or promotion, unless it arrives damaged.

3. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at coppiniart@hotmail.com with the following details:

• Your order number.
• Photographs of the damaged artwork.
• A brief explanation of the issue.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
• If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank provider.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Coppini-Art will not be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

5. Exchanges

Any 'in progress' or completed artworks cannot be exchanged. However, if you have selected a 'Custom Colour Palette' or 'Custom Frame' and would like to change these options, please email Lisa, at coppiniart@hotmail.com, with your order number and we can discuss the changes requested. 

6. Cancellations

Artwork orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the creation process has started.
